The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business is looking for an Account Manager to join the sales team based in Archerfield, QLD. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will grow and strengthen relationships with our key customers, now and for the future. You will develop sales strategies ensuring profitable growth of revenue, margin and market share for our business.

This opportunity includes a competitive remuneration package including a laptop, phone and company vehicle.

What Will You Do?

Covering the commercial, residential and structural market, you will:

  • strengthen partnerships with our existing customers and identify further service improvement and growth opportunities
  • identify new customers through building sustainable relationships with key stakeholders - including industry bodies and specialists
  • develop and execute targeted call cycles and account strategies aligning to business objectives, individual customer requirements and market conditions

More About You

Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved product and service offerings, you will bring:

  • knowledge and experience of the commercial construction industry including the ability to read architectural and structural drawings
  • account management experience within a business-to-business environment
  • exceptional relationship management and influencing capability
  • a keen eye for detail
  • the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders ensuring best outcomes for our customers
