Elizabeth Grove Primary School's Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Educator to join our dynamic team. This part-time role provides a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while fostering a safe and engaging environment for children aged 4–12 years.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Qualified Educator at Elizabeth Grove Primary School, you will:

  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities: Design a range of age-appropriate experiences that nurture children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
  • Ensure a safe and stimulating environment: Maintain a clean, secure, inclusive and welcoming space for play and learning.
  • Build strong relationships: Develop positive connections with children, their families, and the broader school community.
  • Follow policies and regulations: Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with your team: Participate actively in team meetings and take advantage of professional development opportunities to enhance your skills.
  • Keep documentation organised: Maintain accurate and timely records as required, supporting the smooth operation of the OSHC program.
