The role in a nutshell
Take ownership of your own OSHC service and lead a team to provide a fun and quality program built by the children, for the children.
Your service is St John Paul II OSHClub, and it has been running successfully for 5+ years with consistent, dedicated staff that know the ins and outs of the day to day, and most importantly have formed lifelong memories with the children and families. St John Paul II OSHClub have had the same dedicated educators and consistent faces for children for years. We are looking for a leader to be community focussed and parent orientated to form and build positive relationships as well as drive the educational programme for the service

What to expect
You’ll be running your OSHC service, designing and delivering fun and exciting programs and activities, and building and maintaining fantastic relationships with our schools and partners.

**As a guide**: Before School Care runs (7:00 AM - 9:00 AM), and After School Care (2:00 PM - 6:00 PM), as well as paid administration hours to total 34 hours per week. Mother Teresa OSHClub has a beautiful Classroom space with kitchenette and storage shed + small office for your off the floor administration work.

About you
We’d love it if you were Diploma/Bachelors qualified within relevant discipline as approved by ACECQA for a Coordinator role, but we’re also happy to invest in you to study
Experience in a similar role would be amazing
A current Working with Children's Check
The ability to pass a National Police Check
Valid Working Rights to work in Australia
