Ray White Double Bay is looking for an organised, creative Brand Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the #1 office in the Ray White network

Role Outline

The Brand Marketing Coordinator supports the Brand Marketing Manager in content creation, design, social media, print marketing, strategy and planning across all teams, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns under the direction of  the Brand Marketing Manager.


• Help coordinate the production of marketing materials using Canva and Realtair,  including Instagram stories and posts, printed collateral design, EDM design,  scheduling, dropping, and liaising with the Photographer and Videographer.


• Manage the social media platforms for Ray White Double Bay, including Instagram,  Facebook and LinkedIn as per the Brand Marketing content plan.


• Provide administrative support to the Sales agents for any ad-hoc agent marketing  needed, with support from the Brand Marketing Manager for any new templates that  need to be created.


• Support the marketing manager in overseeing the marketing plans for sales agents,  including coordinating updates and revisions and the marketing strategy.


• Maintain and update agent marketing cost sheet, monitoring against the annual budget set for each agent and communicating updates.


• Manage social media accounts and online presence to enhance brand visibility  and engagement.


• Coordinate quarterly agent marketing meetings to discuss results and strategies for  next quarter.


• Assist in the organisation and execution of promotional events and other marketing  activities.


• Prepare agent marketing presentations for internal use.


• Maintaining positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff  members


• Sharing ideas with management about ways to improve the business.


• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines is maintained across all touchpoints and educate  new team members on the guidelines.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years
  • Great attention to detail, ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
  • A positive, customer-service attitude
  • Experience with social media platforms, Capcut, Monday, Canva, Brand Central, Print Force, Google-Suite preferred

Salary package dependent on experience, negotiable for the right candidate, experience and start date.
