Skills and experience which will make you standout…

Must haves OR Essential

  • A commitment to Aruma's Code of Conduct.
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Big Four or medium sized accounting firm, large corporate or not for profit entity.
  • Experience preparing statutory financial statements that comply with Australian Accounting Standards.
  • Experience with implementing internal controls with the proven ability to develop relationships and build stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to meet people's needs.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to haves OR Desirable

  • Experience with Great Plains ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI.
  • Experience with new ERP system implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of disability sector and NDIS funding.
