**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to manage accounts and bookings in our events. As an Event Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling exhibition space to existing and new clients for our events. Running multiple different portfolios allows us to align suitable team members with areas of interest, for example Jewellery, Craft, Pop-Culture, Agriculture and more.

**Responsibilities and Duties Include**:

- Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and present relevant exhibition opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and renewals
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Assist the marketing and leadership teams in identifying strategies or opportunities relevant to the market and events.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the events or exhibition industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales-tracking software
- Speak fluent English and be a permanent resident.

**Key Information**:

- Full-Time Permanent Position.
- Salary paid on experience.
- Role is based at our Frenchs Forest office in Sydney’s Northern Beaches, there is onsite parking.
- Opportunities to attend events may be offered occasionally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
