About the role:

We're searching for a part time Production Coordinator to help guide every Golden Child product on its journey, from early samples to bulk production and delivery. You'll keep things running smoothly, stay closely connected with our makers, and ensure each piece is crafted with the thoughtfulness and heart behind our brand. If you're calm, organised, detail-oriented, and excited by the magic of bringing collections together, this role is made for you.

What you'll be doing day to day:

Production & Supply Chain

  • Manage the production critical path and weekly WIPs across all collections.
  • Liaise with our factories on sampling, approvals, and bulk progress.
  • Coordinate fit samples, lab dips, testing, and quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate production calendars, trackers, and compliance documents.
  • Book and track freight (sea & air) and manage all related shipping documents.
  • Support sustainability goals and ensure supplier compliance requirements are met.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Design to ensure all product details and specs are production-ready.
  • Partner with the Wholesale & Partnerships team to align forecasts and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate photoshoot samples, QC sign-offs, and pre-launch preparation.
  • Keep teams updated on timelines, risks, and milestones to ensure smooth collection rollout.

About you:

You're organised and detail-minded, thriving when things move fast. You think in solutions and love guiding products from development to delivery, adding a creative touch along the way.

  • 2–3 years' experience in production, product development, or supply chain coordination (fashion preferred).
  • Confident liaising daily with suppliers and factories to track progress, manage POs, and resolve any production issues.
  • Highly organised with strong communication and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working with offshore suppliers (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with experience using production or PLM systems.
  • Calm, collaborative, and solutions-focused, you enjoy problem-solving and keeping things moving.
  • Strong cross-team communicator who can partner closely with Design, Merchandising, Planning, and Wholesale.
  • Naturally curious about trends, markets, and what makes a great retail experience.
  • Experienced in coordinating samples, approvals, lab dips, trims, and fabric submissions.
