Production Co-ordinator – The Boys

  • Location: Sydney (Hybrid/Remote considered)**
  • Employment Type: Full-Time**
  • Reports to: Head of Production & Producer**

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail-driven
Production Co-ordinator.

You'll be working primarily on The Boys YouTube channel (6+ million subscribers) as well as our second channel, The Boys Gaming. You'll also support in  content productions for our expanding network of brands and ventures, including:

  • Hungryboy – our original food brand
  • Our evolving clothing and lifestyle lines
  • A slate of exciting new business ventures
  • Paid brand integrations and partnerships across platforms

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, creator-led environments, is comfortable switching between logistics, admin, and creative conversations, and loves youth-focused online content.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Shoot Support

  • Support the
    Head of Production and the Producer

across all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
- Attend shoots across Australia and internationally (travel required).
- Manage shoot logistics, call sheets, schedules, equipment hires, and supplier communication.
- Coordinate on-set crew, talent movements, and day-of requirements to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct location searches, manage location bookings, and organise associated logistics (access, parking, timings).
- Provide
creative input

during early ideation sessions and contribute suggestions that help develop video concepts.

Administrative & Operational

  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, location managers, crew, and brand partners.
  • Book and manage travel including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries.
  • Maintain production trackers, budgets, receipt logs, invoice formatting, and payment requests.
  • Handle production correspondence and maintain organised documentation in Google Drive.
  • Liaise with a team of editors, ensuring they have timelines, assets, updates, and clear expectations.
  • Support the Head of Production and Producer with general administrative needs.

Brand Partner & Content Workflow

  • Manage end-to-end smaller productions for brand partners - including timelines, deliverables, creative asset organisation, communications, and approvals.
  • Liaise directly with clients on timelines, expectations, deliverables, version approvals, and feedback cycles.
  • Gather and deliver creative assets, screenshots, analytics, or drafts to internal teams or clients.
  • Ensure all sponsor deliverables meet brand guidelines, deadlines, and platform requirements.

RequirementsExperience & Skills

  • Background in film/TV production, digital production, or agency account/producer roles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines calmly.
  • High attention to detail and a focus on outcomes.
  • Experienced in logistics, scheduling, travel coordination, and supplier management.
  • Fluent use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive.
  • Knowledge of Excel/Sheets formulas and efficient digital workflows is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable picking up the phone
  • Comfortable working with YouTube creators and youth-oriented content.

Bonus Points

  • Passion for YouTube, internet culture, and creator-led entertainment.
  • Experience with fast turnaround content, social-first campaigns, or creator productions.
