The Role

We're seeking an organised and proactive
NPD & Project Coordinator
to support our growing portfolio of client projects. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty innovation, thrives on multitasking, and enjoys coordinating across multiple brands and timelines. You'll play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly from concept ideation through to launch.

What You'll Do

Coordinate end-to-end NPD and project timelines from concept, formulation, sampling, testing, and approval to production and launch.

Work with suppliers, labs, packaging partners, and contract manufacturers (locally and overseas).

Support product innovation and strategy planning, including ingredient research, market analysis, and concept development.

Manage packaging artwork, component approvals, and supplier communications.

Organise consumer testing and feedback, coordinating insights with brand teams.

Track samples, quotes, BOMs, and product specifications with accuracy and attention to detail.

Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure all milestones are met across formulation, packaging, testing, compliance, and production.

Assist with GTM (Go-To-Market) preparation, including critical paths, documentation, and post-launch performance reviews.

Keep up to date with beauty trends, innovations, and category benchmarks to support new product concepts.

About You

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care product development
  • Highly organised with strong time management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, or project management tools
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Passionate about product creation, innovation, and the beauty industry
  • Chinese or Korean language skills is a plus
