About the role

Reporting into the Production Development Manager, this role will support the wider Production team across several aspects of the Production process.  Specifically relating to the Supply Chain processes and timelines including product development, production & delivery and supplier sourcing & capacity.

Responsibilities 

  • Support the Product Development Manager in developing seasonal timelines and managing day to day production workflows.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, approvals, and accurate order placement.
  • Monitor supplier performance, shipping schedules, and compliance with operational standards.
  • Ensure all documentation (invoices, packing lists, approvals) is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Contribute to process improvements across production and supply coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience

  • 2 plus years working in Menswear Production role ideally with both local and offshore suppliers
  • Tailoring and suiting knowledge - an understanding of garment construction and fabrics
  • Strong analytical and problem solving and project management skills
  • Excellent supplier and timeline management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritise and adapt to changing priorities
