Product Development Coordinator

The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Product Development Coordinator
to join our Sydney HQ. This role will be central to supporting the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. You'll work closely with our Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, and our global partners to help ensure products are delivered on time, to spec, and in line with EHPlabs' standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product development process, from ideation to commercialisation.
  • Assist with coordinating cross-functional project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to manage samples, testing, and approvals.
  • Assist with product documentation including specifications, formulations, and compliance checks.
  • Track and report on project progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between global teams to keep projects aligned.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor launches, and consumer insights.

About You

  • 1–3 years' experience in a coordination, product development, or project support role (FMCG, supplements, food & beverage or cosmetics experience a plus).
  • Background in Food Science, Nutrition or related discipline an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a love for fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and innovation.
