We deliver projects across the health, retail, residential, education, commercial, aged care, and leisure sectors all over East Coast and beyond, with expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire and stormwater engineering and environment-sustainable building services design.

We are currently looking for a "team support superstar" to assist the office with reception, administration, and office support tasks.

This role is a full-time opportunity to join the Marline Newcastle team where you will be a pivotal part of our Admin team, supporting our engineering team and providing the best customer service for our clients and other key stakeholders, ensuring the highest levels of assistance and driving the co-ordination within our office.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • Providing administration support to senior management and across the team;
  • Creating, delivering and maintaining Company social media presence & marketing related presentation materials
  • Managing & co-ordinating various team scheduling, including site visits & inspections (country wide)
  • Onboarding & offboarding employees related tasks, including overseeing relevant qualifications & affiliations registers
  • Managing internal vocational placement & graduates programs
  • Providing support in achieving project deliverables including managing project/client databases and document registers
  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients face to face, over telephone and email, responding to enquiries and redirecting to other members of the Marline team where appropriate and required, and
  • other various general administration duties.

To be successful in the role you will have;

  • High standard of personal demeanour including professional standards of dress;
  • Well-developed administration skills across Microsoft 365 package;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a sound ability to support the team;
  • Strong organisation, time management and administration skills;
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain trust;
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication;
  • High attention to detail and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and
  • A willingness to learn, proactivity, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
