Sproutwell Greenhouses is a family-owned and operated business that enjoys helping gardening enthusiasts and commercial growers achieve their vision. Widely recognised as being Australia's largest supplier of backyard polycarbonate greenhouses and glasshouses, along with our cedar hot tubs and saunas.

A vacancy for a full time Sales Consultant has been created in our Head Office in Breakwater.

Your role:

Reporting to the team manager, as an integral member of our sales team you will also provide administrative support as well as being the first impression our customers receive when they visit or phone our display centre.

· Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00pm (this is a permanent salaried role with an expectation of reasonable additional overtime hours expected within your remuneration in order to get the job done)

· You will establish, develop and maintain customer relationships via multiple channels such as our display centre, online, social media, phone, email, field days and shows, advising and assisting customers to purchase appropriate products to meet their individual needs.

  • There will also be the occasional requirement to travel to expos, sometimes interstate.

· Meet and greet customers, answer phones and action voicemail messages.

You will have/be:

· Demonstrated experience in administration preferably in a retail sales or showroom environment.

· Excellent knowledge of Office 365 suite along with experience using a CRM (Customer Database).

· Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills

· Meticulous attention to detail and quality standards within set time frames – accuracy is the most important component of this role.

· Exceptional prioritising, time management and organisational skills – we must be able to rely on you to get the job done.

· Sound problem-solving skills, initiative, and the ability to think outside the square when faced with challenges

· The ability to work autonomously however also, take direction

· An awesome attitude and above all, a passion to see that the customer is always looked after

  • This is NOT a remote job and you must currently reside in Australia
