Our client:

Our client specialises in managing detention facilities, particularly within the immigration and correctional systems. They offer services such as facilities management, security, detainee operations, welfare and engagement, transport, and escort.

We are seeking experienced Administration Officers interested in gaining valuable experience through an 8-week temporary assignment with our client. The successful candidate will be commencing as soon as possible.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm

Location: Broadmeadows

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining transport schedules
  • Auditing SharePoint folders
  • Ensuring all transport paperwork is complete and compliant
  • Organising travel and transportation
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Assisting with correspondence/entering data into the system
  • General administrative tasks
  • Prepared to provide out of hours support as required
  • Maintain a high standard of confidentiality relating to all facets of the role
  • At all times you may be required to perform other duties within your skills, competencies and training as directed by the Company

About you:

  • You present in a professional polished manner with a can-do attitude.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge - (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS)
  • Sharepoint experience
  • Remain cool and calm in high pressure environment
  • Obtain a current Federal Australian Police Check
