Description
As Payroll Team Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day payroll operations across multiple entities. Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you'll lead a team of Senior Payroll Officers and Payroll Officers, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. You'll act as a key escalation point, drive process improvements, support system upgrades, and foster a high-performance, inclusive team culture.

You bring strong technical knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, advanced payroll systems expertise, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
