About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end project management of Medcast's government funded education programs and products. This role ensures high-quality planning, production, delivery, and evaluation of Medcast's education activities and online learning offerings.
Reporting directly to the Head of Projects and Partnerships, this position requires close coordination with the Medical Education team and cross-functional collaboration with commercial, platform, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
As the Project Manager, you will primarily be responsible for:
- Leading the planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery of various education programs.
- Coordinating project consortium partners and key stakeholders by facilitating regular meetings and communication with regards to program deliverables/KPIs, timelines and program progress.
- Managing production timelines across multiple courses, ensuring key milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
- Overseeing the Program team collaboration with instructional designers, graphic designers, subject matter experts, and health professionals to tailor content for target audiences.
- Coordinating with platform and marketing teams to ensure timely integration and deployment on the Medcast platform.
- Tracking and reporting on resource utilisation, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintaining oversight of project administration, resourcing and documentation processes.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to support successful product launches and campaigns.
- Establishing and tracking metrics related to user engagement, course uptake, completion rates, and conversion to sales.
- Contribute to regular product performance reviews and business reporting.
- Monitor learner feedback and support continuous improvement in course quality and user experience.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve or escalate roadblocks to delivery or performance.
- Ensuring projects follow Medcast's internal processes for education development, review, and launch.
- Supporting continuous refinement of workflows, templates, and communication tools to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Overseeing QA of courses prior to launch to ensure consistency, accuracy, and platform readiness.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Graduate degree qualification or higher in appropriate discipline or equivalent experience (ideally health)
- Previous experience managing Government grants
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
- High level of digital literacy and comfort with project management tools
- Experience delivering education or content-based projects
