About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage our pool of support workers, oversee daily operations, and contribute to business development.

This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to jump in and work "on the floor" when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of disability support workers
  • Manage daily scheduling, rostering, and operational requirements
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of staff
  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with NDIS and organisational standards
  • Build positive relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
  • Drive business growth through community engagement and networking
  • Occasionally work alongside support workers on the floor to ensure service quality and participant satisfaction

About You

  • Previous leadership experience in disability services or a related sector
  • Strong understanding of NDIS processes and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
