We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and develop your team members to ensure outstanding customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Store Managers, driving success through effective teamwork and strategic planning.

  • Skill Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
  • Ideal candidate has mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license required
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of heavy nature
  • Prioritize safety above all else
