About this role:
Leadership and Team ManagementWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and develop your team members to ensure outstanding customer service.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our Store Managers, driving success through effective teamwork and strategic planning.
- Skill Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience or readiness for the next step
- Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
- Ideal candidate has mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
- Flexible availability and valid driver's license required
- Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling products of heavy nature
- Prioritize safety above all else
- A strong leader who can motivate and coach their team to achieve exceptional results
- An excellent communicator who can build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
- Able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- A creative problem solver who can think critically and outside the box
- A passionate advocate for customer satisfaction and employee engagement
