About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the store team and managing day-to-day operations to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Implementing effective inventory management systems to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

About you:

  • You have previous supervisory experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
  • You have a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • You are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting heavy items when required.
  • You are committed to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
