Job Description

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff
  • Log, categorise, and resolve incidents and requests
  • Troubleshoot desktops, software, phones, and networks
  • Deliver face-to-face and remote support across sites
  • Liaise with external suppliers to resolve issues
  • Maintain ICT asset registry and knowledge base
  • Support IT security and promote best practices
  • Participate in after-hours on-call roster

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service. You'll ideally bring:

  • Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a Service Desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault analysis skills
  • Hands-on with Microsoft OS and software
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Excellent communication and customer focus
  • Solid knowledge of ICT security best practice
  • National Police Clearance (under 3 months) & Driver's Licence
