Role Description

Are you a natural connector who thrives on building relationships and turning conversations into opportunities? At ECOlectrical, we're looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to help homeowners and businesses take control of their energy future with solar and battery solutions.

This role is all about people and results. You'll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, guiding customers through their options and attending home consultations. With strong support systems and proven processes behind you, your focus is on creating trust, uncovering needs and helping clients see the real value in going solar.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Have a background in 
    solar sales and/or business development
  • Can build instant rapport and know how to ask the right questions to uncover customer needs.
  • Are hungry to 
    smash targets
     and celebrate wins.
  • Stay on top of your pipeline and never let an opportunity slip through the cracks.
  • Feel confident using CRMs, quoting tools and digital platforms to keep deals moving.
  • Bring energy, confidence and a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Bonus points if you've worked in solar, energy, or construction — but what we value most is your drive and mindset & ability to quickly learn technical information
