About the Opportunity

We're a well-established, family-owned business supplying products and services to childcare centres across Melbourne, Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula. Known for our personal service and long-standing client relationships, we're now looking for a Business Development Executive to help us expand our presence in the early childhood education space.

This role offers flexibility (full-time or part-time), autonomy, and the chance to work with a supportive, close-knit team based in Moorabbin.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing new business opportunities across Victoria's childcare sector
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with centre directors and educators
  • Managing and growing an existing client base
  • Collaborating with our internal team to deliver personalised solutions
  • Representing our brand at sector events, conferences, and meetings

What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development or sales within the childcare or early education sector
  • Proven results and strong industry networks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Highly regarded:

Experience as a Centre Director or Early Childhood Educator
