Role Overview

We're looking for two ambitious 
Business Development Executives
 (Melbourne & Sydney) to join our high-performing sales team. Reporting to our BDM, you'll be responsible for 
generating leads, building networks, and converting opportunities into long-term client partnerships.

This is a high-impact role where success comes from your ability to 
open doors, build trust quickly, and confidently demonstrate how offshoring can transform Australian businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation:
     Proactively identify, target, and approach prospective clients through networking, events, cold outreach, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
  • Client Acquisition:
     Build and manage your pipeline from first contact through to signed agreement, ensuring a consultative and solution-focused approach.
  • Networking & Relationship Building:
     Represent Access Offshoring at industry events, conferences, and business groups, building a strong personal and company brand.
  • Collaboration:
     Work closely with the BDM and Head of Talent to deliver seamless client onboarding and handover to the recruitment team.
  • Market Intelligence:
     Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights that shape our sales approach.
  • Target Achievement:
     Consistently hit activity and revenue targets, contributing directly to company growth.

  • Proven sales or business development experience
     (recruitment, outsourcing, offshoring, HR or related industries).
  • Demonstrated success in 
    generating your own leads
     and closing new business.
  • Strong ability to 
    build trust quickly
     and engage at executive level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by results.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline management.
