As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive new client acquisition and long-term partnerships.
The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven and customer-focused professional who enjoys meeting clients, developing relationships, and generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for promoting our commercial cleaning services, identifying new contracts and tenders, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and secure new business opportunities within commercial cleaning sector.
- Attend client meetings, present company capabilities, and prepare professional proposals and quotes.
- Submit tenders and follow up on new project opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry functions.
- Work closely with operations and management to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management — ideally within the cleaning or facilities sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Valid Australian driver's license (company vehicle provided).
- Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and client databases.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for proposal creation and data analysis.
- Australian work rights or valid work visa with no restrictions.
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).
- Competitive $80K package + commission per sale.
