At Nespresso, we're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead our high-performing B2B team across NSW, QLD, and ACT—someone who thrives in structured business environments and knows how to build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
As Regional Sales Manager, You'll Lead and Drive B2B Success Across Our Corporate Network:
Inspire and mentor a team of six Business Development Managers to exceed individual and regional sales targets.
Strategically steer regional sales plans in alignment with national B2B objectives.
Drive performance using KPIs and data to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
Build powerful partnerships with senior decision-makers across corporate, commercial, and professional sectors.
Refine territory strategies to maximise pipeline growth and conversion opportunities.
Champion innovation by promoting effective use of sales tools and assets in the field.
Cultivate excellence through a culture of learning, safety, and high performance.

We're seeking a strategic B2B sales leader with a strong track record in professional, corporate, or commercial sectors. If you excel in stakeholder engagement, team development, and data-driven growth, this role is for you.
3–5+ years of B2B field sales leadership experience
Proven success in exceeding targets and driving growth
Commercial acumen with a data-led approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for coaching high-performing teams
