About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be at the forefront of our sales strategy. You'll take charge of outbound calling, engage with prospects, and qualify leads to set appointments for our sales team. Your role is vital in creating opportunities for our business, and as you help us exceed targets, you'll have ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual looking to take their first step into a dynamic sales career.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Calls: Make calls to potential clients, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team.
- Engage Prospects: Understand their needs and present tailored solutions that drive conversions.
- Manage Pipeline: Keep track of leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide consistent updates to your team.
- Collaborate: Work with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and maximize results.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Ideally 1-2 years in outbound sales, but we'll train the right candidate
- Excellent Communication: Clear, persuasive, and confident verbal communication skills.
- Self-Motivated: You take initiative and thrive when working independently.
- Organized: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
