We are hiring two Recruitment Consultants, one dedicated to our Technical Blue-Collar division and another focused on Executive Construction Recruitment.

Each role offers autonomy to manage your desk, backed by the support of Founding Director Tavis Shearer and our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities (for both roles):

  • Source and engage top candidates through multi-channel outreach.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding unique resourcing needs.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment to deliver seamless candidate and client experiences.
  • Collaborate across the team to craft and refine recruitment strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years' recruitment experience.
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A visible and active LinkedIn presence, with a well-developed personal brand.
