We're THIQON Recruitment, a boutique agency specialising in tech, digital and real estate. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated Resourcer to help us find top talent for our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards and networks.
  • Screen and qualify candidates before submission.
  • Work closely with our consultants to build shortlists for active roles.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in our CRM (Bullhorn).
