As a Resource Manager, you'll be actively sourcing candidates across the technology and project delivery sector and managing candidate pipelines to ensure we're connecting the right talent with the right opportunities. Working closely with our Consultants, you'll source, screen, and engage professionals while helping shape career opportunities for Australia's most in-demand talent.

This is a permanent role with a clear career pathway into recruitment consulting.

  • Ideally a background in sales or prior recruitment experience
  • An understanding of Technology or Project Delivery and the ability to engage confidently with professionals in these areas
