About the Role

The Planning & Reporting Manager is a newly created, standalone position, offering a superb opportunity to join this market-leading organisation as they continue to grow and evolve. Reporting to an established CFO, this role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives when partnering with the C-Suite in a dynamic, growing business that has invested heavily in Technology to improve business operations. As the first dedicated business partner to the CEO, the Planning & Reporting Manager will have a unique opportunity to shape how the business plans, monitors, and interprets financial performance.

Duties (not limited to)

Planning

  • Lead the annual planning cycle for Wilson Parking, ensuring it aligns with Wilson Group requirements.
  • Deliver the Annual Budget cycle with clear analysis and reporting that directly supports strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the Quarterly Forecast cycle, providing robust analysis and reporting to inform business strategy.
  • Partner with Stream leaders during the Annual Budget program, providing guidance, training, and support in preparing budgets and presentations.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop accurate cost forecasts and identify opportunities for efficiency.
  • Continuously improve the planning process to enhance productivity, analysis quality, and decision support.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Coordinate and deliver monthly reporting for the Parking CEO and Wilson Group, including Group CEO requirements.
  • Prepare and present monthly P&L review meetings to senior C-Suite, tracking actions and follow-ups to ensure accountability.
  • Support the CEO and CFO in preparing quarterly Board papers.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by the CEO, CFO, or Group CEO.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluation.

About you

You will be CA/CPA qualified with extensive business partnering experience gained from complex, multi-site organisations. Building strong, trusted relationships at all levels will come naturally to you. With an analytical and curious mindset, you enjoy telling the story behind the numbers and uncovering opportunities to drive performance and improve processes. Polished, confident, and collaborative, you are resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and passionate about creating structure and delivering impact.
