Position Overview
Reporting into the Manager, People & Capability, the HR Administrator will be responsible for the provision of quality, accurate and timely HR and recruitment administrative support functions for the Land Council.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist the People & Capability Manager in the coordination of recruitment functions, including:
- posting job adverts via various media platforms
- responding to applicant enquiries via the recruitment inbox, in a prompt and courteous manner
- scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding, induction and offboarding requirements
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records both electronically and paper-form
- Assist with coordinating training requirements for staff
- Assist with ordering IT hardware & other requirements for new staff
- Assist with booking flights, accommodation and coordinating venue and catering requirements for training workshops and other functions
- Obtain quotes and invoices and raise purchase orders via FMS
- Any other duties as directed by the Manager, People & Capability
