to guide our service technicians and ensure

What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor jobs to guarantee timely completion and high-quality results
  • Schedule work based on customer needs and workshop capacity
  • Conduct quality control and perform final inspections before vehicle collection
  • Explain technical issues clearly to customers and stakeholders
  • Guide and support apprentices and technicians to help them grow

About You

  • Experienced Workshop Controller, or a qualified Technician ready to step off the tools and into leadership
  • Strong understanding of workshop workflow in a busy environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, process-driven, and always looking to improve outcomes
