Overview
We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement through your team the pharmacy channel strategy for Australia for the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands. This role requires a Senior Sales leadership background with the ability to build strong partnerships and drive growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Pharmacy Channel Strategy , flowing from overall strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration.
Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers to drive growth.
Coach and develop the team to build capability in line with business priorities and individual careers.
Sales Growth Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and demand.
Performance Analysis Monitor and analyse sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activity.
