We are looking for a strategic leader to develop and implement through your team the pharmacy channel strategy for Australia for the Blackmores and BioCeuticals brands.
Responsibilities Develop and Execute Pharmacy Channel Strategy, flowing from the strategy to achieve sales targets and household penetration goals.
Lead Joint Business Plans for priority customers
Coach, support and develop team to drive capability in support of business priorities as well as individual career growth
Sales Growth: Drive sales initiatives, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and revenue
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitive activities
