About The Role We are seeking an experienced, driven and talented full-time Relationship and Sales Executive (with a sales background) to join Reporting to the GM of , this is a full-time in-office role.
Responsibilities Proactively email and call high-value customers who sign up on the platform
Help onboard new users by answering product and process questions
Act as a liaison between customers and the support team to ensure a smooth experience
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in HubSpot
Manage your time effectively to reach out to new clients efficiently each day
Deliver clear, helpful written communication with strong attention to detail
Speak confidently and professionally with clients over the phone
About You A background in sales, ideally in tele sales or a phone-based environment
Experience in finance or onboarding (preferred, but not essential)
Proven success in a customer-facing role using email and/or phone communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and helping others understand it
Positive energy, empathy, and a service-oriented mindset
A belief in selling through education and support, not pressure
