RSL Victoria - The Returned & Services League, Victorian Branch is the largest and oldest veteran charity in the state. We provide programs, services and initiatives to help improve the lives of veterans and their families, raise funds to support services through our appeals, lead commemoration of service, overarching leadership to our network of 260+ Sub-Branches and represent approximately 200,000 members on veteran related issues.

You will play a vital role within the property team to help safeguard the legacy of our veteran community. Working in a collaborative team, you will support Sub-Branches across the state to make sound property decisions that are in alignment with trust obligations and legal frameworks, whilst supporting the mission, values and objectives of RSL Victoria.
This role is a full time 6-month fixed term contract (with possible extension). Located at ANZAC House in Melbourne CBD.
Your day to day will involve:
Guiding sub-branches through capital works, property acquisitions, leases and compliance processes
Liaising with internal departments of RSL Victoria and external stakeholders including legal, construction and government professionals
Overseeing projects to mitigate risk and ensure alignment with RSL Victoria's policies and values
Managing databases, preparing reports and contributing to governance documentation
Supporting continuous improvement in property workflows and education across Sub-Branches
About you
You're a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a background in property, law or project management. You understand the technical side – but it's your integrity, curiosity and people-first approach that motivates you. You bring a pragmatic approach to complex issues and can juggle multiple priorities with ease. You're a great collaborator who can build trust with key stakeholders. You are well organised, agile and adaptable with shifting priorities.
You bring a genuine commitment to RSL's values which is shown through your dedication to your work within RSL's Sub-Branches.
