We are seeking a junior to Associate level Property Lawyer to join our dynamic property law team. The ideal candidate will have been involved in complex property transactions and have a passion for providing exceptional legal advice. The role will include high-end property work where you will work with property developers and investors, and assist with site acquisitions and sales, leasing and property development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Involved in providing expert legal advice on a broad range of property law matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and property development projects

·      Involved in managing complex property transactions from inception to completion

·      Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of property-related agreements and documents

·      Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored advice

·      Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to ensure comprehensive legal support for clients

·      Contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the property law practice by participating in business development activities

·      Stay up-to-date with legislative and regulatory changes in the property law sector, ensuring the firm's advice and practices remain current and compliant

Qualifications and Experience:

·      Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

·      Admission to practice law in Victoria

·      Post-qualification experience in property law

·      Demonstrated experience in being involved in high-value and complex property matters

·      Excellent drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach
