About the role...
This is an excellent role for a talented lawyer who enjoys handling a variety of property law matters and has 4-6 years' experience in general property law matters.You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Providing high-quality legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and property-related agreements Advising on leasing, property acquisitions and disposals, property development, and owners corporations Assisting with commercial property litigation and disputes , including VCAT appearances (preferred) Ensuring compliance with property legislation and data privacy regulations Collaborating effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to deliver high quality legal services About you....
The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in commercial property matters including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and leases Strong ability to provide accurate and commercially sound advice Working knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently Experience in dispute resolution This role presents a unique opportunity to build a long-term career in a thriving and supportive legal practice.
