This is the perfect time for a self-motivated and highly organised Legal Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded mid tier law firm.

At last you'll be able to utilise
**your top secretarial skills **in a busy role that covers all aspects of Commercial Property.

**Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and a Senior Associate, **your varied day will include, but not be limited to:

- diary management and arranging appointments
- dictaphone typing
- file management including opening and closing files
- producing and amending legal documents
- drafting own correspondence
- time recording and end of month billing
- screening telephone calls and liaising with clients

**Skills and experience we'd love...**

With a proven background as a Legal Assistant/Secretary you will also have:

- excellent time management skills
- strong MS Word/ typing skills,
- high attention to detail
- ability to work to deadlines
