This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and team focussed legal secretary to secure an exciting role where you'll be able
**to use your initiative and be actively involved in all aspects of a busy Practice.**

**The Property Team at this mid-tier law firm is energetic, down to earth and supportive.** They are enthusiastic and passionate about what they do, and deliver the highest quality of service and results for their clients.

Assisting a friendly Partner, who is also the Practice Group Leader & two Lawyers, you will be required to provide comprehensive support and be responsible for co-ordinating all the "day to day" activities.

Your key responsibilities will include, but definitely not limited to;
- preparing legal documents and general correspondence
- diary management & arranging appointments
- preparing and amending lengthy transactional documents
- organising travel and accommodation (as required)
- billing and associated reports
- general secretarial and administrative tasks as required

**A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Legal Secretary in Property Law is essential**.

You will also have a sound knowledge of MS Office, exceptional attention to detail and
**the proven ability to 'juggle" several tasks at the once.**
