Exceptional opportunity for an experienced and motivated Legal Assistant to join a leading national law firm and enjoy a rewarding role within a positive team environment as their Group Coordinator in their Real Estate & Construction Group.

**It's all about you...**

Assisting the Group Leader and Partners in the day to day management of the group's operations and administration you'll enjoy using your initiative, top organisational skills and people skills on a daily basis to ensure the practice runs smoothly.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- manage workflow across legal assistants
- arrange group meetings, events and activities
- liaise with clients and document management
- provide training to legal assistants
- monthly billing and reporting
- conduct property related searches and electronic settlements
- document management and general administrative duties as required

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
To be successful in this role you will have at least 5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally in Property law, together with:

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- top organisational skills with the ability to mange conflicting priorities
- advanced MS Office skills
- strong attention to detail
- a positive and can-do attitude
