Abano Healthcare is on the lookout for a **Regional Operations Manager** to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia and New Zealand.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Lead and support a group of dental practices within the VIC, TAS and ACT region to deliver strong commercial and clinical outcomes
- Coach, mentor, and develop Practice Managers and clinical teams
- Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, and performance improvements
- Partner closely with clinical and corporate functions to ensure aligned, high-quality care delivery
- Contribute to national initiatives and support the execution of strategic goals

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations (ideally within Dental, Healthcare, Retail, or Hospitality)
- A strong people leader who builds trust and delivers results
- Commercial acumen with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on what matters most
- A collaborative, service-oriented mindset aligned with our values
