**Deputy Chief Operating Officer**

Latrobe Regional Hospital (LRH) are looking to appoint an experienced, executive level manager to support the Chief Operating Officer to ensure the delivery of a high standard of integrated health care services and organisational strategy are achieved.

Reporting the Chief Operating Officer, the Deputy Chief Operating Officer will provide operational leadership for the delivery of critical, inpatient, ambulatory, women’s and children’s services within the Hospital and the community, ensuring that responsive and innovative services are provided, while maintaining collaborative working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.

Applicants with post graduate level qualifications in Health or Business Management, along with substantial senior management experience will be highly regarded. Additionally, experience in leadership within a geographically diverse, multi-disciplinary and dynamic health care organisation will be well suited to this role.
