About the position

Are you a people-focused leader with a track record of driving results across multiple sites? Impression Dental Group is looking to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to support and grow our practices within the network.

Our new Regional Operations Manager requires a diverse skill set - you need to be adept at managing multiple locations, understanding various market dynamics, and prioritising patient satisfaction while also driving financial success. In addition to experience, qualities like leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive organisational culture with Dentists, Practice Managers, and support staff are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices to deliver both commercial success and outstanding patient outcomes
• Inspire, coach, and mentor Practice Managers and clinical teams to reach their full potential
• Champion operational excellence with a focus on compliance, WH&S, and effective workforce planning
• Collaborate with clinical and support office teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery
• Review financial performance (including P&L), manage budgets, and meet key business targets
• Play an active role in national projects and help drive strategic growth initiatives
• Visit practices regularly to provide hands-on leadership, guidance, and support

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Possess

• Proven experience leading multi-site operations (Dental, Healthcare or Retail highly regarded)
• A strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business performance goals
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire confidence, build trust, and develop high-performing teams
• Ability to interpret financial reports, including P&L statements, and maintain budgets. Capable of evaluating and reporting on relevant business information.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business
• Solid commercial acumen with strong compliance and WH&S knowledge
• Highly organised, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in using MS Office suite including Excel

This is a full-time hybrid position, however most of your time will be devoted to being in practices coaching, leading and mentoring your team to achieve success.
