**Licensing Officer - Fair Trading Licensing | Tow Truck Licensing**

**Grade**:Clerk Grade 1/2
**Salary range**:$73,522 - $79,931 + superannuation and leave loading
**Duration**:Temporary up to June 30, 2026
**Location**:Parramatta (2-3 days office attendance required)

We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Licensing Officer to join the Tow Truck Licensing Team, part of the Transport & Business Licensing group within Fair Trading Operations. We’re a collaborative and supportive team that brings positive energy to work every day. We take pride in what we do and the impact we make — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mindset.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responding to customer enquiries with clear, accurate information
- Managing and triaging a shared inbox
- Completing high-volume data entry
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and confidence working with systems
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing improvements
- Ability to follow processes and work within legislative frameworks
- ** Experience using Salesforce would be highly regarded.**
