Fortitude Protective Services is currently seeking experienced and professional Security Officers to join our team across multiple licensed venues throughout Sydney. With an immediate start available, this is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a company that values professionalism and strong communication.

About the Role:

As a Security Officer in a licensed venue, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. Your strong communication skills and professional presence will help ensure a positive and respectful atmosphere at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible security presence at licensed venues
  • Monitor patron behaviour and manage entry requirements
  • Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
  • Work closely with venue staff and emergency services when required
  • Write clear and accurate incident reports
  • Enforce RSA compliance and venue policies

Requirements:

  • Current NSW Security Licence
  • Valid RSA Competency Card
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Availability for night and weekend shifts
  • Previous experience in licensed venues is highly regarded
