Easy Authoring is looking for a Licensing Officer to join an established team based on the central coast. Working for a large public sector body you will join the Build Business and Workplace Safety (BBWS) team as a licensing officer.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Respond to enquiries from external and internal customers according to service standards
- Provide administrative services, respond to enquiries, and complete a range of processing activities with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and maintain knowledge, techniques, and skills to deliver a high-quality service.
- Ensure all customer enquiries and issues are accurately captured and authorized policies and procedures are adopted for triage, resolution, referral, or escalation.
