We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ICT Test Manager to join our ICT team on a 6-month contract. Reporting into the ICT Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the testing of systems under development, for providing expert process improvement advice to reduce development defects and provide assurance that risks associated with implementing new systems are accurately quantified and addressed

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the testing services provided to ICT Project Delivery in line with policies, processes, procedures, and guidelines.
- Establish an ICT test strategy and manage project testing against this strategy across ICT Projects
- Lead, guide, monitor and participate in the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of tests on designated projects.
- Improve the maturity and awareness of ICT testing across the Bulla business.
- Determine the testing approach and methodology best suited to ensure the product meets the defined objectives and customer satisfaction
- Provide general supervision and guidance for all testing tasks and for all resources (Agency, Vendor, other) involved in supporting the testing effort
- Responsible for the collection of testing metrics and the reporting of testing status throughout assigned projects
- Act as an advisor providing guidance and specialist knowledge of testing
- Manages the planning of UAT and coordinates the execution of the plans
- Manage the administration of testing scripts for all phases of the project (including unit, integration, capacity, system, user acceptance and release)
- Prepare and submit detailed test reports to describe testing outcomes
- Manage the process of defect reporting and resolution
- Test ICT processes for compliance against documented standards and governance, and provide input to improvement programs that enhance the quality of services to the business
- Active engagement and building of strong Business relationships and trust across ICT, business, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Provide support, governance and an escalation point for testing activities

**You will have**:

- At least five years related experience in ICT testing and 3 years in ICT test management
- At least 3 years' experience in using Test Management tools such as Jira Test Management
- Develop and present information with limited input to allow key decisions to be made
- Ability to multi-task i.e., managing multiple project management systems
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
