We currently have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Head of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be integral in supporting the strategic success of Bulla Dairy Foods by leading and managing the Information Management and Communication team to achieve corporate strategic objectives.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Participate in strategic and operational governance processes of Bulla through a strong relationship with the CFO.
- Lead ICT strategic and operational planning to achieve Bulla's goals by fostering innovation, prioritising ICT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future ICT systems across the organization.
- Ensure Business ICT strategic projects are scoped and evaluated to meet business requirements and managed and executed on time, in full, and within planned budget
- Develop and maintain an appropriate ICT organization structure that supports the needs of the business.
- Establish and monitor ICT departmental goals, objectives, and operating procedures
- Identify opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT & Communication systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development.
- Assess and communicate any risks associated with IT & Communication investments.
- Ensure Cyber Security roadmap and plans are reviewed, monitored and delivered
- Develop, track, and control the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for ICT spending and initiatives
- Direct development and execution of an enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan
- Coordinate and facilitate consultation with stakeholders to define business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.

- Review hardware and software acquisition and maintenance contracts and pursue master agreements to capitalize on economies of scale.
- Keep current with trends and issues in the ICT industry, including current technologies and prices.
**You will have**:
- 10 years' experience managing and/or directing an IT operation.
- Experience in strategic and project planning and execution.
- Considerable knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
- Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles.
- Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proven leadership ability.
