**What does the job look like?**

Take your career to new heights with Don Watson Transport in a key senior leadership position, working with one of our major brand partners. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to drive both business development and professional advancement.

As the National Operations Manager you will oversee the strategic direction, safety, and compliance of national operations. Your mission will be to meet the company’s service, delivery, quality, and financial goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key areas:

- Optimise Productivity and Efficiency: Maximise resource use and operational productivity while maintaining cost control.
- Drive Operational and Commercial Success: Achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate your team to drive positive outcomes and maintain high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and fuel business growth.
- Lead Safety and Sustainability Initiatives: Implement strategies with a hands-on approach, prioritising safety and environmental sustainability.

This is a fulltime onsite role based in our Derrimut Office.
